Good news! for boys out there, wondering about what kind of present will impress your girlfriend...i have a suggestion that might be the most memorable and suitable present for your girl, its not that hard to make and not so easy as its said...so grab some pen and notes, start to note down..

lazy pancake

ingredients..

•  2 cup wheat flour
• 1 tea spoon baking powder
• 3 tablespoon white sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 egg ( A grade size)
• 2 cups fresh milk
• 2 tablespoon melted butter

PREPARE INGREDIENT

First of all put flour, baking powder, sugar and salt inside a big bowl, stir and mix all of them together and put aside.

Second, take another bowl and crack egg and add some fresh milk and stir them perfectly. 

Add the flour mixture and stirring until the ingredient become smooth.

Third, melted a butter and mix it together with the ingredient. If the butter seems too thick to pour, add a little more milk.

HOW TO COOK

Cook on hot and flat pan..use 1/4 tablespoon butter for each pancake, remember don't use oil, because it will spoil the taste of pancake.

Cook until bubbly, a little dry around the edges, and lightly browned on the bottom then turn the pancake to the next side and let it turned lightly browned to.
To make more lovely, cut your pancake into love shape and put some topping such as chocolate or strawberry. Remember to insert some love note when you served it to your girlfriend, I'm really sure your girl will be impress and will love you more, try this out, you will never regret.
