- 300 gram fresh white prawn ( without skin )
- 2 red big onion
- 1 red hot chili
- 1 green hot chili
- turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon white sugar
- Cooking oil
PREPARATION
Firstly peel prawn skin, cut in the middle of prawn line. Second cut red big onion into slice. Third cut red and green hot chili into small pieces.
HOW TO COOK
First of all put 3 tablespoon cooking oil into pan and let it hot first, then put white prawn which has been peeled, after that add 1 tea spoon of turmeric powder. Let it fried 1 to 3 minute, until it look yellow gold. Add 1 tablespoon of honey, to make it more sweet. Then put 1 tablespoon of salt and sugar to complete the taste. Then add the slice of big red onion, fried it for awhile and lastly put red and green hot chili, mix all the ingredient together then cook for another 2 minute. After that served with hot rice and eat immediately.
